A Humalog insulin savings card does exist! Humalog is a short acting insulin that is taken by type 1 and 2 diabetics in insulin pumps and to cover high blood sugars or at meal times. The only savings card I was able to find for Humalog was for U-200 Humalog. Personally, I have only taken U-100 and I believe U-100 is a more common dose, so this is more concentrated and dosing would need to be adjusted.
